As we step into the final weeks of the year, it’s hard not to look back and feel blown away by everything that has happened. So many sauce batches poured, sealed, and shipped. So many miles driven to markets across North Carolina and beyond. So many of you showing up at tents, tasting spoons in hand, talking flavor, movement, and life with us.
This year wasn’t just about sauces — it was about the people who make this whole thing matter. You came to markets in the cold and heat, dragged friends to try your favorite bottle, shared your stories with us, and trusted us to help fuel whatever keeps you moving. Whether you were climbing trails, grinding through training, working hard, or just finding joy in the small things, you made East Coast Sauces part of it. And for that, we’re endlessly grateful.
To our Coasties — you’re the heartbeat. Your support carried us into new cities, onto new tables, and into new conversations about gut-friendly flavor, movement, community, and making an impact that actually matters. You helped us raise awareness, share meals, lift spirits, and build something real. Thank you for every order, every message, every high-five at the booth, and every story you shared.
We truly couldn’t do this without you.

And now? We Refuel
We get to close out the year the same way we started it: with flavor, warmth, and a reminder that the best meals are the ones we share. So here’s a holiday recipe that brings all of that together — simple, comforting, and perfect for when you’ve got a house full of people and want to serve something unforgettable.
And yes… it tastes even better with a drizzle of 603 on top.
Cozy Christmas Roast Sweet Potatoes
Serves 4–6 • A perfect blend of sweet, warm, and tangy
Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes, peeled & cut into thick wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp cracked black pepper
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp chopped pecans (optional but incredible)
603 — for drizzling
Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Toss your sweet potato wedges with olive oil, melted butter, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread evenly on the tray.
Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway until the edges are caramelized and the centers are soft.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped pecans while warm.
The magic step: Drizzle generously with 603 while the potatoes are still hot.The honey melts into the spices, creating this crazy-good glaze that tastes like Christmas morning and trail snacks had a baby.
Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve immediately.
Here’s to an Incredible Year — and an Even Better One Ahead
Thank you for being part of this movement — not just the sauce, but everything it stands for: community, purpose, clean-crafted flavor, and the idea that how we fuel ourselves should feel good.
Here’s to refueling, joy, and all the moments around the table with people you love. Here’s to the miles you’ll run, the mountains you’ll climb, the goals you’ll chase, and the flavors you’ll carry with you into 2026.
And most of all…
Here’s to you — and to sauce that’s in all ways, THAT good.
