At East Coast Sauces, our bottles do more than bring the flavor—they tell stories. Each one is a snapshot of a place, inspired by local flavors, traditions, and culture. As we look ahead, we’re dreaming big about scouting where our next sauce journey could take us. From the artsy corners of Brooklyn to the sun-soaked charm of Savannah, here are a few places we’re exploring for future releases—and why they’re on our radar.

Brooklyn, NY


Brooklyn is bold, diverse, and always ahead of the curve. It’s a place where global cuisine meets street food, and creative fusion is everywhere. Think of a sauce that pulls from Caribbean jerk, Korean BBQ, or Jewish deli heat—all packed into one borough. A Brooklyn sauce would be our ode to hustle, grit, and flavor that doesn’t ask for permission.




Miami, FL


Sunshine, salsa, and serious flavor. Miami’s Cuban, Haitian, and Latin American roots bring a whole new level of inspiration. We’re thinking a tropical heat—citrus-forward with a slow-building kick—something that hits like the Miami humidity but leaves you craving more. Maybe even a touch of plantain or mojo marinade vibes?




Richmond, VA


This Southern city is one of the most underrated food towns in the country. A blend of Appalachian roots and new-school Southern cooking, Richmond is full of fire and soul. If we go here, expect a sauce that balances rustic and refined—possibly smoky with a splash of sorghum or a nod to hot honey, all wrapped in old-Virginia charm.




Somewhere in Maine


Lobster rolls, pine trees, and wild blueberries? Yes, please. Maine might seem quiet, but its flavors are loud in their own way. We’re toying with the idea of something cold-climate spicy—maybe a peppery maple glaze or a sauce built around sea salt, brine, and that iconic New England tang. Maine keeps it simple but never boring.




Savannah, GA


Sweet tea meets slow burn. Savannah is laid-back but layered, and so is its food. From shrimp and grits to Lowcountry boils, there’s plenty to draw from. A Savannah sauce could be rich with butter, a hint of heat, and a dash of old-school Southern hospitality.
