It’s Monday!! That means sauce pairing of the week is here and we have a Southwest Everything Bowl paired with the 603 for you! This one’s a fridge-clearing flavor bomb that is simple, easy to make, and adjustable!

1. Cook rice + red & green lentils together in a rice cooker.
2. Roast chopped potatoes, sweet potatoes & broccoli at 425°F until crispy.
3. Sauté chicken in a southwest marinade. Add shredded carrots & jalapeño.
4. Mix it all up or layer it like a masterpiece. Either way, it’s bold, balanced, and built from what you’ve got.
5. Drizzle with 603 Sauce for that hot honey umami bomb!

Southwest Marinade Recipe
Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lime juice (or apple cider vinegar for a deeper tang)
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• ½ tsp chili powder
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• Optional: pinch of cayenne for extra heat
• Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup to echo the 603 sweetness

Instructions:

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
2. Pour over chicken (or protein of choice) and marinate for at least 30 minutes — up to overnight for max flavor.
3. Sear, grill, or roast your protein.
4. Finish with a drizzle of 603 Sauce to bring the heat and umami depth.

Since all of our sauces are all-natural and made in small batches, you might notice some variations in texture and color from bottle to bottle. That’s just the beauty of real ingredients!

What’s Normal To See?
Separation – We skip the stabilizers and emulsifiers, so some sauces may separate, especially the buffalo sauce. Just give it a good, hard shake, and you’re good to go!

Color Variation – No two peppers are exactly the same, which means slight differences in color from batch to batch. Like snowflakes, each pepper pod is unique!

Thickness – Some of our sauces are on the thicker side (814), thanks to their high fat content—no extracts, just pure flavor. If it’s not pouring easily, give it a good shake and a solid whack on the bottom (ketchup style) to get things flowing. Even warm it up, set it on the counter, pop it in the microwave for a couple seconds, or even snuggle it up against your bare skin. ;)

Really simple and quick Greek Tzatiki wraps are the sauce pairing of the week! We went with 412 for one of them then went back for seconds and loaded it with 814!! Oh so good!

Ingredients

• Chicken thighs or breast, sliced into strips
• Tzatziki (Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon, dill)
• Rice (jasmine or basmati)
• Green + red lentils, cooked until tender
• 1 can of corn, charred on stovetop
• Olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika
• THE 412 sauce
• Wraps or pita bread

Sauce Pairing of the Week!

Every Monday, we’ll be tossing in a fresh new sauce pairing—something fun, flavorful, or just too good to pass up. Consider it your weekly dose of inspiration to shake things up!

This week: Parmesan-Crusted Chicken—simple, crispy, and loaded with flavor.

Start with your chicken cut to whatever size you like. Give it a drizzle of olive oil, coat it with breadcrumbs, a generous amount of grated parmesan, and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Make sure each piece gets a nice parm blanket, then give it all a toss!

We get a lot of customers coming to try some sauce and are turned off by some of the names of the sauces thinking they are just a standard version of the sauce I.e. sriracha. But our sauces are all different takes on each of them and often bring people on a whole new journey that they enjoy. This guy was standing and reading each sauce for about 10 minutes and didn’t speak but he then spoke when after trying each of them!

Some say sauce isn’t meant for everything! Other says certain sauces just don’t work on certain foods! Clearly they haven’t tried the 412!

Pasta Sauce Recipe
6 oz Girelle pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1–2 tbsp pasta water (as needed to thin sauce)

1. Cook the pasta
Boil salted water and cook girelle until al dente. Reserve 1–2 tbsp pasta water. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the sauce
In the same pan, add more olive oil if needed. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds. Stir in tomato paste and cook until dark red (2–3 minutes). Deglaze with vodka and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
3. Cream it up
Lower heat, stir in heavy cream. Add parmesan, salt, and pepper. Thin with pasta water if needed until silky smooth.
4. Toss it together
Add pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat. Stir in chicken strips or lay them on top.
5. Drizzle with 412 Sauce
