This recipe is essentially my life’s work in a baking dish! Treat this one with kindness, because once you taste it, there’s no going back.

The real brilliance here? It’s all about the 814 sauce. While the ingredients are SIMPLE (which makes it elite), the 814 is what makes this whole thing shine. It brings that depth and “wow” factor you just can’t get anywhere else. This is literally #FueledBySauce

🥘 814 CHICKEN DIP
The Base:
• 8 oz Franks & 814 Sauce (Split 4oz/4oz)
• 8 oz Lite Ranch
• 1 block Cream Cheese

The Protein Prep:
• 2 cans Chicken Breast
• The Aromatics: Pan-sear the chicken with 2 shallots, 2 garlic cloves, 1 jalapeño, and 1 Fresno pepper.
• The Spice: Season well with salt, pepper, and paprika.

The Cheese Factor:
• 1 small bag each: Colby Jack, Mozzarella, and Extra Sharp Cheddar.
• The Finisher: One “full pinch” of Parmesan.

Instructions
1. Mix everything together in a baking dish.
2. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
3. Serve it up and watch it disappear.

Meal Prep Idea For You: Buffalo chicken bacon ranch calzone with our 814 sauce! Super easy and so damn good! Oh yeah did I say high in protein! This recipe makes 6 calzones at 650-700 calories each depending on your ingredients! With 45g of protein!

Ingredients
* 500g Bread Flour
* 40g Cornmeal
* 625g Greek Yogurt
* 1tsp Salt

Filling
* 2 Spoons of Ranch
* 40g Mozz
* Pinch of Bacon
* 50g Chicken
* Pinch of Parm
* 814 Sauce

Directions
1. Combine Dough Ingredients, mix and knead for a couple of minutes! Split into 6 balls!

2. Roll the dough balls into thin about 8 inch circles.

3. Add your filling ingredients! Then pinch the dough over after folding and use a fork or tie the ends together! Give a little bit of either an egg wash or olive oil to the top! Then maybe some parsley sprinkled on top!

Hot tip: put down some non stick aluminum foil with some olive oil or Pam spread on the bottom for hem not to stick! These are a protein dough recipe that is slightly different than a normal one!

Bake for 35min at 375 Degrees! Easy! You’re Welcome!#fueledbysauce #eastcoastsauces
